Media Credentials

To request a media credential for this event, please contact Chadd Ryan, Marketing Manager at the Times Union Center, at [email protected].

Professional videographers or school related videographers will not be issued press credentials and will not be allowed in any competition areas. Laptops owned by spectators will not be allowed in the building at any admission gate.

Media members will be asked to provide a photo ID and credential upon receiving their credential at the ticket window during the tournament. Media will NOT be admitted without showing photo and/or Media ID at the Media Check-In table. Regardless of having secured an official NYSPHSAA tournament credential, this venue also REQUIRES ALL MEDIA to contact the arena to reserve an event credential and announce their attendance.

If you are interested in television, radio or Internet broadcasting of any state wrestling contest, please contact the Director of Media Relations at the NYSPHSAA Office to set up a broadcasting contract. All broadcasting entities will be required to adhere to NYSPHSAA provisions and rights fees set forth for this event.

All Media Requests will be approved for this event by the NYSPHSAA office on February 21, 2012. Your request does not guarantee entry to the event until approval.
